i have joined airtel xtream fiber on aug 1 2021 and its just 26 days since I joined Airtel broadband , but I had to face network disconnection twice, (Aug 10, Aug 26) I have been assigned with a service engineer but they said that the issue needs to ve fixed only by the person who has installed it, it took me an hour to track down the individual who installed the broadband for me, but I feel airtel service engineers lack ownership and customer need to reachout to multiple resources to get the issue resolved but still there is no response, Its really bad in this curent situation as we are working from home and my works are being held up for more than 4 hours now and took more than a day last time,
I switched to airtel as I had network issues with Hathway but now I honestly feel that hathway was far better than airtel in terms of customer experience,
I have opted for 3 months plan in airtel so once the term is completed I will have to disconnect from airtel
This is really annoying guys… And I will take this to my friends and colleagues and social media as I dont want others to suffer with airtel
