Hi team
This is highly disappointing to me that I bought airtel connection in my life as I moved to J&K due Covid 19 and want my postpaid plan to be closed from Airtel but they are forcing me to stay in their network as saying I have to come back Karnataka and verify the address where as my concern is if I am a criminal or not good person to them then how they provided me SIM now for closing Airtel irritates me alot. As a customer if you behave like this to me so think in future I will never avail your services. Worst network operator I ever see.
