I am using an Airtel postpaid card & recently (since 02 months) I am facing issues with Airtel calls & internet usage from my home location, raised 03 tickets but still not able to get the resolution from your end. Kindly check from your end as i am facing this issue & getting no response from your end team despite raising multiple tickets the tickets are closed without any confirmation.
Below are tickets I have raised which are still open & not getting any response from your team, i have dropped an email to “121@airtel.com” and “appellate.mumbai@in.airtel.com” but still after sending multiple reminders no one is responding.
