I’m using Airtel services for voice call and internet from several years, from last six months network coverage and internet connectivity is too bad, I did several online vcomplaints no resolved my issue, visited Airtel store near by same old promises like ” we’re sorry for your inconvenience, thanks for your patience, we’re working on it” , not resolved the issue yet, the staff asking me to complain through Airtel thanks app, from the exact location, how can anyone complain without internet, this pure idiotness from airtel,
