I am facing a lot of issues with the network. Network goes automatically. Internet get turned off automatically during the call on the phone. Calls are dropping tremendously. I need to dial minimum 5-6 times to make a single call. It gets disconnected automatically.

I raised a complaint several times but no results. My monthly plan is Rs.649 & I am paying a bill around Rs.900 to Rs.1100 every month. No one is supporting as such. I am an old customer of Idea.

I was in Andhra Pradesh. I was facing a lot of issues with the network to make a call. When people were trying to call me that was also not happening, they told me your phone is not reachable while I can see the network is available on the phone. It was so annoying. To make a bill payment I opened the vi app then it asked me to update the app. So I tried to download the app. The updates for 21 mb took more than 21 minutes. I’ve attached the screenshot of the same.

After paying a bill around Rs.1000, I am getting this type of poor network. I want to port the network.

• I am requesting, to charge a fine to Vodafone Idea so that they will realise the value of the middle class family’s money.
