I ported my two numbers to Vodafone roughly in the month of March / April 2019.
From day 1 there is no proper network connectivity and I logged case with Vodafone.
After huge follow up’s they informed that there is an issue with connectivity at my area.
But Vodafone team never understand my problem, for one number issue with Mi mobile set compatibility
Another is with slow connectivity for data and voice.
My simple question, if they are unable to provide promised service how come they charge and request for to pay bills.
I faced lot of issues with Vodafone, with respect to finance transaction, business calls and many more
I would love me to file case against Vodafone.
Please let me know how can I move further.
