Subject: Network Connectivity Issue
Dear Team,
Trust you all are doing well and keeping yourself and your family safe in this Covid 19 situation …!
We are writing this email/letter on behalf of members of the Navjyoti Welfare Association
(Reg No-8900650) – 9 and 10 Block Ashok Nagar, New Delhi-110018 (hereinafter referred as residents). This is to bring to your kind notice that all the residents are facing network issues for a long time. There is either no connectivity or low connectivity within the house of the residents and data connectivity is also extremely low. It has become exceedingly difficult for the residents to speak over the phone while at home especially during this pandemic situation going on in the country when phone requirement is too much especially during the emergency.
At present, there are more than 100 Airtel users and more than 100 are from the other network providers (refer attached details for the same). We assure that if the network problem is affixed, the other users will be requested to port the connection to Airtel.
You are requested to investigate this matter on priority and resolve the network issue at the earliest.
