Dear Sir/Mam,

I am struggling with the Internet speed and connectivity of my Airtel WifI No 8130382259 since the beginning of this lockdown. I tried calling you n no of times but always ended up getting a suggestion to register the issue on Airtel app where it always show Try Again and am not able to register the complaint even. You know that during lockdown if the network poses issues what happens to the classes of kids, work from home and lat but not least entertainment. I have failed on all these front due to a network spwe’d of never more than 2-2.5. Can you please resolve this issue immediately else I have no option than to port to some other network service provider despite being a very old Airtel Loyal customer.

Dear Sir,

With reference to my written mail dated and 14th May and several followups for the whole lockdown period, It is really unprofessional and unfortunate that despite waiting and trying to follow up for months together, that too during a difficult lockdown there has been no action/ response till date. Has Airtel also become a Govt. Company where the response take years.
You may please take this mail as a request to stop my services so that I may switch to another service provider.
If bill is not paid in time you have a very strong network of followups but for last many months my data connectivity and speed issues are not being resolved and I am suffering a lot.

This is in response to your email on disconnection of your Airtel data card number 8130382259.

 

We are sorry to hear about your decision to discontinue the services.

 

I have registered your request with reference number 31-3016259306631. You may expect the services to be restricted by 03-06-2020.

Please note, monthly rental will stop from today, i.e. 27-05-2020. Your final bill will include prorated charges.

Your current outstanding amount is Rs.470.82/-. If you wish to pay prior to your bill generation date, you may make an advance payment basis your current usage amount.

 

The security deposit if available in your account, will be adjusted automatically with the due amount in your account. The balance amount (> Rs. 25) will be refunded through cheque within 30 working days from the date of cancellation.

We are still hopeful that you may reconsider your decision and give us another opportunity to serve you as our valued customer.

Dear Sir/Mam,

Don’t you feel it is ridiculous on part of such a reputed brand like Airtel that you and your team have taken up my complaint in this fashion.
No you are not at all sorry but being shameless, you haven’t bothered to attend my issue/complaint instead of trying to resolve you have shamelessly accepted the request of disconnection. 
I’ll suggest that you people should avoid using such standard response emails and should declare that Yes we cant help regarding connectivity and we are incompetent to solve your issues and you yourself should recommend better service provider who can resolve my issue.
We are still hopeful that you may reconsider your decision and give us another opportunity to serve you as our valued customer.  You never meant your words while writing that.. I havent given the opportunity but n no of requests and follow ups to resolve my simple concern and instead of solving that you chose to disconnect. So it is totally your own decision of disconnection.
