I have a JIO fiber connection number: 1913580692, I called at 5:40 PM on 26/01/2022 to JIO fiber customers at 18008969999 where Mr. Kalyan from support talked to, but instead of listening to real time problem he said that connectivity is good whereas we are facing terrible connectivity issue with the network. Is this the way to resolve the problems? This is total customer harassment which should be stopped.
