Many time when i try to call any number i cant complete the call, some times it shows network congestion message or sometimes only beep sound hears and call drops without ringing. it disturbs me a lot now i need a secondary connection to fulfill my needs. in door coverage is also very weak in our area. The corona message is also annoying it hears in first 3 calls airtel also included their advertisement in the second call.. ,
I cant call whenever i needed, the call drops each time when i am trying.. i have purchased a new sim. if airtel cant resolve these issues i have to port my connection to any other network
i dont want any faults whenever i need a call,. need better service and good indoor coverage.
