Hi Sir/Madam,
I have purchased the TATA PLAY connection 6month back and have paid Rs 2000 for the new connection ,at the time of connection the agents have not informed regards Network Capacity fee have to pay every month.
Now, I have tried to modify the current channels and selected the regional channels which total cost for selected channels Rs 310 but while initiating the payment its asking me to pay Rs 500 including NCF (NETWORK CAPACITY FEE RS 153.40/Month for HD-7 & SD-65).
Why customer have to pay NCF and even for Channels subscription.
Requesting for the respective department please check this issue and its happening to all customers or some customers,even issue with BINGE app also.
