Text of Complaint by Aneesh Mohanan:

  • For last 2 months, Airtel network is drastically bad. Calls are not getting connected as many of my colleagues have notified. Noone is getting data conection at most of the times when this happens.
  • I made all my household members to take airtel connection, and now they are getting affected as well. No incoming calls and issue with 4G. Same issue as I have mentioned.
  • Also 121 customer care number is not allowing me to select their customer agent hotline. Whenever the IVR tells us to select 9 to speak to Customer Support, the system doesnt select or there is a bug.
  • I recently raised 2 to 3 SRs and one got closed without any resolution update.
