Hi,
I’ve made payment pending from my previous mobile operator (Idea) on May 8th. Airtel hasn’t updated their records since then and barred my number on May 19th. Since then, I’ve tried to get in touch with them, sent the reference ID I got from IDEA after making the payment. But no use. None of the Airtel representatives know what they are doing. And today one Airtel representative mails me asking to pay Rs. 78,500/-. What is this? How is this fair?
