Dear Sir,
I have faced the network and other issues like not able to send SMS from November 2017 for which I had registered the complaint on several occasions since 5th January 2018 following are the details.
I had registered the complaint from my office no.(9870135296) and from my other numbers apart from the network issue I am not able to send SMS from this no for more than 6 months but still no solution is provided from your side. followings are the dates and complaint numbers:-
5 January 2018 – 82496127
9 March 2018- 83950772
16 May 2018- 85323871
1 January 2019- 89149439 and so on from other numbers as well regarding SMS issue.
Apart from that, I continuously keep in touch through the mail with your advisor Mr Zubair Ismail till May after that he do not reply to my mails till the date. If you like I can share all the mails conversation with you.
Kindly provide the solution to my problem which is already in the process from one year and 7 months. I know can easily port my numbers but its matter of justice against the complaint and time invest in that.
