Respected Sir,
The Network in my vicinity is Weak and there slow internet connectivity in my Area i.e. At HVF Estate, Avadi, Chennai -600054. Even after several complaints, my complaint was not registered by the reliance jio customer care executive.
Sir, I am facing this problem from the last two years and since I had complained regularly regarding this matter, no action was taken on the subject issue. Moreover the executive had given false claim that the Work is in Progress near your area and within 180 days the problem will be solved. But for your kind information, I would like to inform you that, I am complaining since 2 years but as on date no improvement has been found in this area. Thus giving false assurance by the Reliance jio customer care executive and not accepting my complaint amounts to cheating the customer and thus creating mental agony because in this pandemic Covid 19 situation as I am totally depended on Internet for my daily essential work/needs.
In view of the above, I request your goodself to take immediate step regarding this matter.
