Today I got the new VI Postpad connection and I found the issue regarding to Volte network issue (Volte newtwork fluctuating). I asked to the guys tegarding the issue who provided me the sim, He said that it will fixed in next 1hour but almost 5hour I have waste no update no resolution on the issue.
when I asked to the customer care team to close the connection, if this happening in the first days then trust on you network service. they are not ready to close the connection or fixed in in time. kindly requesting to take some action agains VI(Vodafone Idea limited)
