I’m from Patna, Bihar, Bailey Road, Jagdeo Path, Sarawati vihar colony
I’m using airtel service from the past several months, the problem is that there is always low network in my house, and when it comes to the internet it becomes worse, only very few specific points that is 3-4 points the network and internet works well, but it’s not possible that you stick to that point all the time, and from last few days, like 6 to 7 days, the internet literally stops working, even I can’t send WhatsApp text messages, which is not acceptable, it almost stops working in the peak hours that is in the evening. So Airtel if you get this complain please have a look.
