My mobile no is 9945682072. I am facing connection issues for last one year. Too many complaints raised but problem is not resolved. Even internet issues was there and complain raise didn’t get the solution. Only get messages that problem is resolved which is actually not resolved. They are most interested in closing the case without checking with the customer.
New systems was introduced that after payment due date is over with 4th day they will discontinue the service.
Misguiding customer by showing a credit limit of Rs. 42000 but disconnect the service with an outstanding of Rs. 1333.00.
We as a customer can’t react to the seniors who can solve the issue. Rather they don’t want to face the customer only get the problem resolved thru outsourced technician who are not uptown the mark and has very limited knowledge about the problem.
Kindly help me in resolving the issue so that we are not cheated by these service provider.
