I have been facing network issues for a long time and was complaining about it many times but the issues wasn’t resolved permanently anytime.Now I was on a business trip to Telugana and facing the same issue here. When I called to Customer care Care (5th or 6th Feb) ,they said the issue will be resolved within 24 Hrs
but One week gone nothing was resolved. After a week again I called this time too the same answer and same result.
Now I have been given an escalation contact Prashath nair
-9962099625 this person was so busy in getting the of course he has right since
he works in such a worst network provider company where he has to be on the escalation call all the time.And not even have the courtesy to give a call back.
Whenever I get frustrated and request for portability their marketing people calls and beg like anything to not change the network and assure we will resolve it ASAP. Then as usual we forget this issue in our personal issues and keep move on. That’s the reason why I’m here at this network for this long time.
