As I have issue with Airtel Network where I had raised a complaint multiple time, first ticket was raised on 14 october (31-3457870598771) and second ticket on 27 october ( 31-3451329287103)When I raised complaint for the first time they gave a TAT of 9 working day to solve a network and data issue after 9 working days I called again the issue was still not sorted out and ticket was also open. When I called customer care they informed me it’ll take 3 more days to get it resolved and its been escalated to concerned department, so waited for another 3 days and still the issue was not sorted, called the customer care on 4th day they again asked for 3 more days and 3rd time also they told they’ll escalate issue again to concerned department I was fed-up with such service and asked them to transfer the called to floor manager and was kept on hold for 20 minutes then the floor manager told (shivani) she told with in November 20th the issue will be sorted but on 20th November I received a Text message stating the ticket has been closed and issue has been sorted but i still face the same issue till date the image or network displayed in mobile is 4G but when I took a airtel Internet Speed test from Multiple Platforms it not even crossing 100KBPS But when I check network and data network in airtel Application its been showing as excellent network and excellent data network Its just trying to fool the customers and making money out this kind of things and showcasing them self’s as best network
