I recharged 399rs today for daily 2GB data for 3G service.. but my network didn’t connect to 2G.. and i was adviced to change 4G upgrade.. so i visited idea showroom(GN communication), he asked 50rs for the 4G upgrade, but customer care person told me it’s free of cost… There is not even a proper response from the customer care.. worst experience ever i had with the customer service… My only request is to refund my recharge money or do my 4G upgrade at my doorstep…
