I have registered a complaint to Airtel on 22-08-2018 regarding a network issue where I am not able to use properly. But till date no action take. Every time i followed up and got a different responses.
Its been almost a year a Telco is unable to solve the case. Still i am paying 1000’s of Bill’s for the services which is not used properly.
They do have a customer service staff who give false promises without any education of there own system.
I need a permanent resolution for my issue. Else I will be taking this to Telecommunication regulatory authority of India or Consumer forum. I have enough patience and ready to fight against Bharti Pvt Ltd
