Hi All,

It’s really frustrating to experience such horrible airtel support being the Platinum Airtel member.
I have been raising complaints since the first week of March 2021 for internet and calling issues but no resolution has been provided till now.
Everytime I raise a complaint it specifies 8 working days for a solution and the request gets closed without checking with the customer and when you raise the new request it again specifies 8 working days.
The moment you raise a request for porting from Airtel once a customer care person will call and ask not to port we will provide the solution in 4 working days.
Not sure is there any timeline for resolving a problem or even customer experience matters to the organisation.
It’s horrible to see Airtel providing such bad services. They don’t even allow you to speak to their next level, neither share network department numbers. AIRTEL SHOULD SHUT DOWN FOREVER as you guys cannot handle the customer and provide networks!
