Its been almost 3 months now I’m facing issues with network and 4G speed. I’m getting 0.25mbps Max upload speed where in company is claiming 40mbps speed.
I have been facing network issues since 2nd June, 20. I have spoken to 4 floor supervisor and ‘N’ no. of supervisor at customer care, i have even visited airtel store twice and replaced my sim as advised by floor supervisor.
This is really sad, seriously, even after multiple complaints, still no improvement in the network. After so many deadlines the team was supposed to get in touch with me on 12th Aug, 20 but as usual nobody called up and if one floor supervisor fails to do so i can understand but I’m really surprised all 4 supervisors failed to come up with an update or follow-up call as promised by them.
Please look into this matter and help me with this because company really doesn’t care about the customer complaints every time I call them they ask for 8days and no follow-up.
