Dear Concern,
I am using Airtel postpaid connection for around last 5 yrs. For last 2 yrs my 4g connection is very slow and phone calls also getting disconnected, multiple times I have registered complaints with Airtel once a expect visited my home and said he will install booster..that also not done till date… Due to which I have to take another Jio sim for internet.. I have around 300 GB of data pending or me unused because of slow internet… I have asked Airtel to refund my money where internet is not used ..but thay have refused it ..pls help to refund the internet money back or they have to solve my internet connection issue
