Respected Officials,
As I am an ongoing student we have many more activities based on the internet.I am an airtel user.A mobile tower is located within 2 kms from my location.But if somebody calls me the answer is I’m in out of network coverage area or busy.Actually I have no signal strength in my house.How much one can always be outside for signal.I can only get access to internet only if I’m outside the house.I have registered a similar complaint to airtel about the same issue.Their response was they will find a solution within 23 March 2021.Still after 5 days I’m going through the same situation.Please take my complaint as a humble request.You can know how much one can live here without having access to internet.I can choose broadband connectivity but what if we want to go outside.There also we need internet connectivity.So it is an extra charge to recharge the broadband and mobile number together.What to do?I once again request you to take an action about this.I trust you;you can make a good experience for me.
