I am using airtel from long last year as a postpaid user, but till now i had never got resolution to any of my complaints. I tried everything for resolution. Everytime i approach the customer care they give excuses that we are working on it but an year for resolution is too long time. I have number of complaints which i had raised at ccare.
I pay around 900 every month without missing due dates still they don’t bother. Please help!!
