Hello,
Although it was an easy thing to switch service provider and shift to a better Company, yet since I have an eight year relation with your company hence I am writing this mail despite a very busy schedule hoping for some affirmative and Concrete response and action.
I have recently got posted to Pathankot and as a very obedient soldier following Instruction of your agent to get a better Network coverage.
Yet to my horror and surprise, the so called efficient team has not been able to resolve the issue for last 2 months, I say again 2 months and as a very good marketing strategy have always asked for some more time, Which was always provided despite the fact that as on date children Education and their future depends on provisioning of internet services.
I just want to know … Should I continue with your esteemed company Or switch to other. A straight forward answer will assist immensely. My mobile No is 7742722225
