I just changed my number fron Vodafone to Airtel, because of poor network connection. But still im still facing the same issu in Airtel too. When i tried to call their customer care they reply in hindi and english only. My mother tongue is Tamil. I’m facing this problem for last four days. I tried to call 198 i only hearing the IVR only. I couldn’t reach their customer care executive. Will they resolve my number network issue or not. I need an answer…..
