i m not geting full network some time call drop and internet speed is 2kb if i call on 12118 this nunber not correct so what i do

I am recharge my prepaid airtel number on 17th September’2018 unlimited pack of Rs.399 on 84 days payment by Paytm app. today 11 days go, but, some applications are show error on your fastest 4G network is not available and retry. How can customers will satisfy your 4G network, that’s why Jio network is very powerful as per your 4G connection or network is zero why.
My prepaid No.9810376468 please check why it is not working. I am in office use my WiFi and your network data is off. I have 2 more numbers port Dolphin to Airtel 4G, i think your network is very poor. Please do the needful.
