my jio no is 8160794506, At my home location Bapunagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 24. The jio network speed is very low as 50 KBPS, and verbally means on call when i talk at customer service center, the deny for take my complain, why i can not understand, and its my surprise when your customer service center refuse to take my complain.
so my complains are 1. The jio 4G network speed is about 50 KBPS
(2) The customer service center refuse to accept my complain.
so please, solve my both complains as soon as possible.
