Text of Complaint by Gagandeep K. Phull:

I had registered with NetPlus 6+ months back in Chandigarh expecting good internet service. Most of the time internet used to be down. 1.5 months back I asked for a cancellation and Netplus asked me to pay Rs. 647 as the balance amount which I paid and confirmed that they will cancel the subscription. I tried calling NetPlus customer care many times which didn’t go through as their customer care number doesn’t work most of the time. Now, I have received a bill of Rs. 1179 again to be paid wherein Netplus didn’t cancel my service when I had requested last 2 times.
