Text of Complaint by Ramanjit Singh:

I have paid for full year of Rs. 5890 for my netplus broadband connection using 10+2 advance rental scheme on 6 January 2024 but that payment is not updated in my account. I had sent a lot of mails to customer care along with the screenshot of my payment details but they always reply me that my ticket is escalated and today I got bill again instead of deducting from my advance payment. My customer Id of netplus is 5306513. I want settlement of my bill as soon as possible.
