I purchased netmeds first membership ok 15 March 2022. In this membership includes 1 free basic health checkup. So I’ll try for basic health checkup but no one cares. All customer executive give a fake promise. Around I call 86 times netmeds team but no one care. This is like fraud with customer.so I suggest don’t buy netmeds membership and don’t use netmeds.i also write email around 15 times but there is no solution always give fake promise and ignorance.
