For the last 7-8 months, there is acute net work problem in mobile against my pre-paid mobile connection No 9956310810. I have even changed my Mobile set too but no change found. Most of the problems experienced while using the phone at my residence either outside of the rooms or outside at the gate even. For the last 3-4 days, I have been trying for contacting the Customer Service on 121 but it is also found like a show piece with non-working at all. It appears that the whole customer service is going on based on computerised service with no human being for reply or even to console. REQUEST FOR IMMEDIATE RESTORATION OF THE PROPER NET WORK FOR WHICH AIRTEL IS KNOWN TO. ELSE I shall have no option left but to think about change of the network from Airtel to any other Network via port.
