Dear sir mera naam adesh Kumar sahani hai mera broadband no. 07884903920 hai, maine airtel ka broadband internet wifi laga rakha hai or har month may regular bill pay karta but mujhe airtel ki taraf se 8MBPS ki speed bol kar only 2MBPS ki speed di jaa rahi hai , maine  last year 18 se jada baar complaint kiya hai but mere problem ka solution nai ho rha hai speed bahut kam aati hai, airtel ki taraf se complaint ka solution nai kiya ja raha hai or agar ek din bhi bill payment mein late hota hai to 100 rupees fine charge karte hai. Airtel ki taraf mujhe bahut harassment kiya ja rha hai.please help me.
