i am varun, i live in chandigarh and i am using netplus services for almost more than 1 year. From few weeks i am facing net speed issue and i have so many complaints on customer service and everytime they register my complaint and sent me an OTP on my registered mobile number and email to varungarg_85@yahoo.com that the ticket has been created nd they make me sure that technician will visit to house to fix the issue but no one comes and after 2 days they close my complaint without checking the issue.. i am on a 499 rupees 100 gb 50mbps plan but recieving only upto 15 mbps sometimes but mostly less than 10 mbps
