I have registered complaint months ago and they did not resolved my internet issue.
My complaints are : 26572692 & 26982681.
I have called many times to the customer care but it is not resolved yet. I have also sent many emails but still issue is not resolved .
I have prepaid the charges for yearly and I am not getting any service from GTPL. I have called and asked for refund then they are saying that it is paid service so they will not refund money.
So I am very frustrated due to this issue as it is almost 50+ days and I am calling many time to the customer care but my internet is still not working.
