Unfortunately, despite reachig out to your Customer care since last couple of days regarding my complaint for no network of Jio Air Fibre, I am getting no resolution; hence I am writing to you.
Kindly look into the issue and help with your support.
If the issue can’t be solved, please arrange to refund my money and I will switch to another service provider.
Very unhappy with the customer service support and unprofessional. unethical approach from Jio.
Below my last Reference email to Customer care :
Dear Super Flop Great Team,
I am Suffering with your non-sense product call as “Jio Air Fiber”
Very bad experience, My net connection not working even after 15 times call to your super great non-sence service team.
This mail is written to your worst and dirty Jio group that I had installed Jio Air Fiber UVR on 20th Jan and after that we are having one of the worst experiences installing this bloody shit device.
Locality : Apna Enclave, Ashok Vihar , Railway Road, Gurgaon-122001
Since last many days I have been facing internet issue and not even your imcompetent service team addressing the issues and not taking the service call, every time says “its back end problem”, I have spoken to customer care approx. morte than 20 times but none of your uneducated staff has even given us solutions regarding the same.
My simple question is ” why you introduce the product , which not sustainable and cheating the customer with false comitment.
Is it the culture issue?
Now you listen to me carefully if my problem is not rectified immidiately , please refund my money with other charges for seperate company net connection + etc. and take back your lousy product as quick as possible.
