From 14th june, Internet connection is not working, today is 29th, I have continuously complaining about it. Called customer care number also, thehy are not listening and putting call on hold. GTPL jamnagar behaviour is the worst. They are not listening at all. I have emailed also, but got no reply.
Seriously its a mental harassment through which we are going. For our money only we are not getting service. When we complaint, they act like they dont care.
I literally want for this type of service they should be charged, because there is no where we can connect to higher authority.
