I am facing major problem with my internet connection poor/ loses connection no connectivity at all. I am facing this problem for last ___4-5 days. I am a software professional so most of my work is online, for that, I require a good internet connection. Based on my current plan, this problem should not even exist. Therefore, I request you to kindly see into this matter as soon as possible
