This is to inform you from 1 year I am suffering from network issue and call gets drop frequently.

I have complained servel time but they have not taken any action

They have not solved it and now this are sending mail and sms to pay online and they have barred my outgoing call also from 9th of this month and now they are sending sms to barred  my incoming call also …why ????
How can I pay if there net speed is like  2G mode.. payment get fail …
I am attaching screen shot …and tell me how to do that. Due to present situation no executive are available on phone neither the outlet is open .
