I have purchased a room cooler in 2020, but on finding it defective I wanted to replace with a new one, but the new one also I found defective. After that Amazon neither replaced nor refund my money back. Now I purchase 1 book by paying online, but unable they did not deliver and even the new login request, they are not sending OTP. Services of Amazon is unbelievably poor!
