Dear Sir/Madam,
I m G Chandra Sekhara Rao and I am very happy to say that I am your flipcartplus member.I have ordered an item on 12th of July with order id OD 125444625745533000.After 15 days I contacted your customer Care executive and requested to cancel my order as I was transfered to another place and I will not be available at the address which I have provided you.But they said its not possible from their end.Regarding this issue I contacted your customer care executive approximatel 7 times to cancel or to deliver the item.But every time I am getting “matter has been forwarded to our concern team”as a reply ,which is very disappointed and dissatisfied. By Recent conversation to your team I got a reply that my order was postponed to 10th Aug this not good and correct.So u plz look into the matter and take necessary steps to solve my issue .Your reply can stop me to go to consumer court. expecting your positive reply…
