I had placed an order for a toy car on 2nd April, 2024 (order id 1612) in lifestyleshopee website and I made the online payment of Rs.350. It has been 4 months since the order is placed, but I have not received the product, neither the order tracking details, nor the refund, even after numerous mails requesting for the product delivery.
I have attached the order confirmation email for your reference.
I kinldy request you to look into the issue seriously and assist me in obtaining justice.
