I have ordered 2 Colgate diabetic toothpastes in pohunch.com on 11.11.2023 and paid Rs.224 online for the said products vide order no. 98779. However, neither acknowledgement receipt of the payment was given nor any SMS was sent by them. Further, neither the products have been delivered till date nor any refund was given for non delivery. I have contacted pohunch.com through the WhatsApp number provided in their website but they have not replied anything. It seems that the entire case is fraud and I want the money back urgently.
