I booked a home i.e. FF4/8 with dlf panchkula valley (Haryana) in 2011 for 65 lac . I have paid 35% of the money. In 2016 Dlf said they are not constructing the flat booked by me. They also gave option to book another flat or get the paid money back at interest rate of 9%. I opted for refund of the money. In Jan 2016, Dlf committed money refund by 31st march, 2016 . I am still waiting for my money.
After waiting for 5 years, when I did not get the home, I booked another home for myself in Gurgaon and took a loan of 65 lac assuming that once dlf will refund the money and I will pay back my loan. But after 31st march dlf said they will pay money by 20th April. Again after 20th April, DLF is saying they will money by 15 May. Interest rate on which I am repaying my current loan is 9.50 % . It is really a harassment to me that first I waited for 5 years to get the home, leave the home, I am waiting for the money paid to get back since last 4 months.
