i order a fridge in feb 2022 and now its not working so i raised warranty claim on 24 of july but from that time they just giving different policies and other excuses and not resolving my issue its been 13 days today my fridge is not working and i am not getting service from amazon for it neither am getting any benefits of being a prime member all they are just giving excuses and every they ask me to wait for 24-48hrs
