On 9th. of Sep`19, I received Stone Plate (snap attached with the post) in place of ordered Samsung Galaxy A30 Mobile from Flipkart (Order No. OD116460346838883000 ) that was procured on 6 month EMI . Being informed immediately about the incidence, they assured me of support within 10 days time. But, ironically on 19th. after killing 10 days, they rejected to take Return of the wrong delivery, due to crossing Return Period . I think it was intentional pre-planned trap of Flipkart to cross the time frame.
And on demanding for refund they refused to do so with reason “We’d like to let you know that your recent request for refund has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account”. It implies, due to past wrong deliveries to customers they can cheat the customers in whatever way, they can.
Mobile being ordered on 6 month EMI, I am being charged EMI from my banker on each month and I am bound to pay the bills. I am facing tremendous mental and financial harassment to deal with this incidence.
