Hi Team,

I ordered food from ondc. The driver was unable to understand the delivery address and did not call properly the address was also sent to him on whatsapp yet he reached late and the order was cancelled otp was not coming and I was unable to eat food at night after waiting for a long time. Is this the way in which service is provided on ondc platform? I have waited for a long time for the food to come. The delivery should not be a problem. The driver neither called properly nor did he deliver the food. He took the food away after reaching the place. Here’s a screenshot of the whatsapp message sent to him. The order id is 23063073908. I request you to refund the entire amount for the same.
